Grounds worker

Exciting new role within our Fabric Team

The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of ground working from concreating, fencing, block paving, brickwork, and general grounds work.

Main Roles & Responsibilities

• Working on various sites throughout south Wales completing a variety of works.
• Update our in-house system to accept jobs, close them down and report any further issues.

The successful candidate must be responsible tor organising and managing a small team, to ensure works are completed to a high standard. Works to include repairs to aco drains, slabs, kerbs and small sections of tarmac.

The individual would benefit from working with other trades gaining experience and developing their career.

• Ability to work unsupervised, under pressure and to deadlines
• Must have excellent communications skills

Salary £13.00 to £14.00 per hour, depending on experience and performance.
